Rinosec Warranty
Rinosec warranty includes a two-year warranty and five years of after-sales service for all products. This warranty covers some products, such as parking jacks, with a replacement warranty, while for other products, it will be a repair warranty.
Providing warranty and after-sales service is conditional on having the product warranty card or registering the serial number on the Rinusk website in the warranty registration section. The expiration date of the warranty is based on the date recorded on the warranty card and the code printed on the product.
The warranty can be provided and followed up through the representative of each province or city. The warranty does not cover software issues, damage from impact, power surges, water damage, burns, improper use of equipment, and all peripheral equipment. The cost of sending the product to Rinusk and delivery will be entirely borne by the customer. Software services are not included in the replacement warranty.
